Marketing

Job Title : Online Marketing Trainees

Major areas of responsibility include supporting the company's online marketing and social media efforts to support product launches and market growth initiatives. We will provide necessary training for selected candidates.

Roles And Responsible

Assists in executing online initiatives including websites, e-newsletters, drip campaigns, lead generation, PPC, SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media and interactive web/marketing tools.
Maintain and write copy for websites.
Develop and optimize landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.
Develop and manage the day-to-day activity and content on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Utilize Google Analytics to provide analyses of website and online marketing campaigns.
Works cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management and IT

Experience :

0 - 1 Years

Qualifications :

UG - Any Graduate, preferably in marketing or marketing-related discipline.

Skills/Abilities:

Strong copywriting skills for creative/marketing campaigns, reports and business correspondence.
Must be an enthusiastic and avid social media/internet user with understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Digg, StumbleUpon, etc.)
Ability to stay on top of new media trends and technology. Proactive/resourceful/creative.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Extensive analytical skills as well as the potential and desire to succeed.
ROI-focused analytical skills required to read/interpret marketing reports and make recommendations.
